Wet Storage Rates Effective April 1, 2006

1. Slip rate, daily transient (includes utilities)..................................................		$3.20/FT/DAY
2. Seawall rate, daily transient (includes limited utilities).............................		$2.90/FT/DAY
3. Long term dockage rates (must be paid in advance)
	MONTHLY........................................................................	$31.00 / FT / MONTH
	QUARTERLY (pre-payment)...............................................	$29.00 / FT / MONTH
	SEMI-ANNUAL (pre-payment)............................................	$28.00 / FT / MONTH
	ANNUAL (pre-payment).....................................................	$27.00/FT/MONTH
	SEAWALL (One month max.)............................................	$25.00/FT/MONTH
4. Oceanfront slips (679-694)
	Daily transient rate............................................................	$3.90 / FT/DAY
	Monthly rate (slip rate) plus................................................	$100.00 / MONTH
Above rates include utilities: electricity, water, garbage, bathhouse, & cable TV. *(No cable hookup on the Seawall & long term should not exceed 4-6 weeks).
(Minimum slip charge applies and is relative to maximum slip size). (Max 40' = Minimum 30', Max 50' = Minimum 40', Max 61' = Minimum 50', Max 80' = Minimum 60')
NOTE: Rebates will be determined by actual length of stay not prepaid rate. (Example: pre-pay annual rate but leave after 9 months; rate for 9 months stay is now based on semi-annual rate).
5. Environmental Impact Fee of 1^1/2% will be charged on all daily and monthly storage rates.
6. Facility Surcharge.................................................................... (For guests staying over 10 days).		$100.00 / MONTH
Notes:
	All long term dockage is payable in full by the 20th of each month. Late Fee: $20.00 will be charged for late payments.
	Long term dockage will be pro-rated in at monthly rate and pro-rated out at the monthly rate when departing by the 20th of the month if stay exceeds 30 days.
	DOCKAGE / STORAGE CHARGES WILL CONTINUE UNTIL DOCKMASTER'S OFFICE IS NOTIFIED OF CHECK OUT.
